What kind of support can I expect from That Hosting Company? Print

That Hosting Company will monitor the traffic flow to and from the server to ensure the  best product for our customers while maintaining our Terms of Service.

That Hosting Company will protect your server by mitigating DDoS Attacks against your server. When the DDoS should stop, we will stop mitigating the server.

We will monitor outgoing traffic to ensure no spam messages are being sent. Should in the event your server is found to be sending spam, we will block the server port that was sending the spam messages. In such an event, the customer MUST review their server for vulnerabilities, review the message queue for any outstanding items and clear them from the system, educate or resolve issues with the offending service that was causing the issue and open a ticket in their customer area explaining what was done to resolve the issue. We will make a maximum of 3 attempts to unblock the server ports at which point the customer would need to find alternative paths to work around the blockage on their server. 

That Hosting Company will assist with issues where your server stops responding and is no longer reachable. That Hosting Company will assist should hardware issues arise with the server at any time, but we are not responsible for data loss should we be required to replace a hard drive. it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a working backup copy of their server.

That Hosting Company will not log into your server, assist with coding your server or programming in any way. You are responsible for hiring your own developer for your server. That Hosting Company is not responsible for loss of data should you chose to not backup your server, re-install your server for any reason or should your server expire due to non-payment.
